FBH Roads at the Professional Seminar on Asphalt Pavement Design in Zagreb
Employees of FBH Roads attended the professional seminar “Design of Asphalt Pavements,” organized by the Croatian Asphalt Society.
The delegation of FBH Roads was led by the Executive Director for Technical Affairs, Ademir Toromanović. Attendance to this important professional gathering represents a continuation of continuous investments in improving knowledge and applying modern solutions in the field of road construction and road infrastructure maintenance.
During the seminar, key topics in the field of asphalt pavement design and sustainability were addressed, including the expectations of public investors, improvement of the soil’s bearing capacity, modern methods for pavement condition assessment, as well as the application of new materials and technologies that contribute to the durability and efficiency of road infrastructure. Special emphasis was placed on the interpretation of technical regulations and the selection of optimal solutions for different road categories, along with the presentations of both good and bad practices.
This seminar contributed to the exchange of experiences with experts from the region, as well as to the strengthening of professional capacities with the aim of improving the quality of planning, design, and maintenance of main roads in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
FBH Roads will continue to actively monitor modern trends and standards in the field of road construction, with the aim of ensuring a safer, higher-quality, and more sustainable main road network.
