Agreement for Transfer of Funds for rehabilitation of Main Roads in Jablanica Municipality
At the business premises of Jablanica Municipality, an Agreement on the transfer of financial funds was signed today between the Jablanica Municipality and FBH Roads, aimed at implementing projects for the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and protection of main roads damaged in the October 2024 floods.
By a decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Jablanica Municipality was allocated BAM 16, 7 million for flood damage repairs, of which BAM 6 million will be implemented in cooperation with FBH Roads.
Ljubo Pravdić, Director of FBH Roads, emphasized that part of the funds provided by the Government of the Federation of BIH has already been implemented, while the remaining funds are planned to be directed toward the rehabilitation of the M17.5 (Jablanica – Posušje) as well as the reconstruction of the main road at the Komadinovo Vrelo site, whose implementation was previously not possible due to pending construction permits, settlement of legal-property issues, and other circumstances.
“The reconstruction project for the main road on the Komadinovo Vrelo site has long been prepared, we have selected a contractor, and we expect the implementation to start shortly,” highlighted director Pravdić.
