Routine and Non Routine Maintenance Department

Routine and Non Routine Maintenance Department provides the following:

Long-term, mid-term and annual plans and programmes of routine and non routine maintenance;
Annual plans and programmes of non routine maintenance of roads and road structures;
Technical assistance to provision of non routine, road and road maintenance projects funded out of the international credits;
Drafting analysis and periodic reports on routine and non routie maintenance;
Participating to the public procurement procedures within its field of competence, in accordance with the Rulebook on Public Procurements;
Organization and provision of technical monitoring of routine and non routine maintenance of roads and road structures, statements tracking and preparation of work progress reports;
Data gathering and keeping roads, road structures, traffic signalling and road equipment records (database);
Participating to drafting proposals for changes and amendments to the laws and bylaws, norms and standards of road safety, protection and road management;
Processing proposals, opinions, conclusions and decisions of the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina bodies within its field of competence;
Drafting proposals for specific procurement procedures within its field of competence;
Cooperating with the relevant state, federal and cantonal institutions and their bodies, as well as other government departments;
Organization of other affairs within its field of competence,
Cooperating with other organizational units within Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
