Public Procurement Department
Public Procurement Department provides the following:
- Procurement plans and programs in line with the plans of the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and decisions of the Management and Supervisory Board;
- Implementing public procurement procedures of goods, works and services in compliance with the Public Procurement Act and the Rulebook on Public Procurements of the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends in procurement of goods, works and services, significant for the activity of Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Maintaining a single register of public procurements and other procurement records of the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Harmonizing the Rulebook and its amendments to the changes and amendments to the Public Procurement Act and models and forms set by the Public Procurement Agency;
- Reporting to the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina bodies and other relevant authorities on the matters within its field of competence;
- Cooperating with relevant state, federal and cantonal institutions and their respective bodies in matters within its field of competence;
- Upon request of the Procurement Review Body, providing documents of the current procurement proceedings and the pertaining complaints,
- Other activities within its field of competence.
